color

Ive been painting with oils lately. Trying to learn. I am a self taught human being on this planet.
I have some sort of learning reaarangement that causes me NOT to understand how most people
learn, so being taught is hard, but I know how to teach myself pretty much. It is called trial and error, and frustration and try again. Anyhow, I tried to mix pink and for some reason it kept coming out like orange or a rosey color. I used so much white my tube is almost gone now, but
I think it matters what shade of red you have. It sounds like I am retarted I know, but in actualality I am very smart, and I have quiet a bit of common sense. I was dignosed with adult ADHD about 16 years ago and was put on ADDerall. Just got off it for the first time and I am all over the place with everything. Control was hard before but now I cannot even begin to tell you
what I must do to stay in control and focused. Maybe in a few weeks things will feel better, but
right now It is very overwhelming. Okay back to color.
I tried making chartrouse , you know that bright yellow green color. And what a desaster that was.
The color wheel is WRONG. green and yellow do not make that color at all. Maybe my thinner is tenting it wrong because it came up purple almost. Pink! Hey thats it. green and yellow make pink, not white and red, and now that I think of it when I mixed the red with the white it did have a greenish hue to it. Goodness. Maybe I am colorblind.
