I have finially been able to log into my blog. Winter is finishing up I hope as the warmer weather will bring me outside and I will be able to create bigger sculpture. I have been drawing and painting all winter as well as creating smaller works for gallery submissions. I hope to get into some good galleries this year, as I am not going to sign up for shows. They are too hectic and I would rather build up my portfolio and concentrate on creating artwork of my preferences. I may be opening my own gallery in New London. I have an offer to help a friend sell his Antiques and there is another floor to which I can use as my own gallery! Rent free at first. New London is an up and comming venue I believe. I did a show on the pier last summer and they had all kinds of people, with dancers, and music etc... Cruise ships docked there as well last summer. With the new Trident submerine being built at EB things should be picking up for sure.
