My steel eye should be about 3' square, but I need a plazma cutter. I cut this with my torch cutter, and it uses up alot of oxygen, but my torch is small anyhow. It will spin to make only one eye in the event we have a storm on Block Island which is where this will go. "EYE OF THE STORM".
