What a wonderful Christmas this year for me and my family. All the relatives gathering and playing games and eating great food and sharing; giving presents and stories. My Mother who is 71 now is the most wonderfully spirited woman I know. I could never be like her as my patience is very thin, but she inspires and loves me to no end. She knows how to keep everybody in a good mood too. We had to pin $2 bills onto our shirts and nobody could say the word "NO". It was so much fun. The two bankers in the bunch won! Actually my husband won, and he is not a banker, he just loves money. The grand prize was "MONKEY BUTT POWDER" of all things.
need I say more about why I loved Christmas this year.
Nashville is a hoot! Hootin and hallerin hoot. 1st ave was brave with all its
skid row homeless folks sitting around the fort there. Then the green teeth fellows trying to peddle their earnings while pluckin their git fiddles on the side walks up and down broadway.
The art galleries were closed!
However, I stopped into my target art gallery in
Greenhills, Bennett Galleries, and talked with them a bit. I have to submit some
pictures there. I need to work more on my series of secret works nobody has seen yet, and that is a series even I have yet to have seen. only felt a great desire to create. So be it this next year of great, and astounding sculpture and paintings I shall perform.
good day
karen
